Another way residents spend time is by visiting Lion's Park and Anona Lake. Lion's Park has a playground area for children, a baseball field, and a paved path for taking strolls or bicycling. In addition, Upper Saddle River has The Cultural Center and The Hopper-Goetschius Museum. The Cultural Center offers art lessons, art shows, concerts, theater, and dancing lessons. It is perfect for anyone who wants to learn an instrument or dabble in the arts. The Hopper-Goetschius Museum is a charming pre-Revolutionary Dutch house built in 1739. It was later turned into a museum and is now protected as a historical site.
